Special District Website Accessibility Report 

How to use this form to generate a checkmydistrict accessibility report:

1. Check that the contact you want a report for is owned by you/ in your name
2. Enter the prospect's website URL (double-check that it is correct!)
3. Enter the prospect's email address NOT YOUR EMAIL, so the report will be properly associated with the prospect's HubSpot contact record. 
4. Clicking submit will: 
   • Create a task for you (the contact owner) that we received your request and a report is generating (or will show you in the task if the report is already available)
   • Generate a custom report URL that will be added to their HubSpot contact record under "External Site Scan Report URL"
   • Create a task for you (the contact owner) to follow up once the report is ready  
5. Clicking submit will not: 
   • Automatically send the prospect an email 
   • Change contact or company ownership

NOTE: Reports can take up to a few hours to generate as we are scanning every single page of their website
